Product Feature:
Bio-SAH ™ MPET 3613 is a monomeric carbodiimide hydrolysis-resistant masterbatch based on PET. It is mainly used in PET resin, which can effectively inhibit the mechanical properties degradation of PET resin due to hydrolysis, acidolysis and processing. At the same time, it can also seal the active carboxyl end of polyester material, reduce the viscosity drop during processing, and prolong the service life of products under harsh working conditions such as high temperature and humidity. Because as functional masterbatch, It’s easier to add and more evenly mixed than pure anti-hydrolysis agent.
Application Fields:
◆ PET Industrial monofilament, can be used as dry mesh for papermaking.
◆ PET based film layer, applied to photovoltaic backplane film
◆ PET injection molded parts, can be used in automobile fenders or damping springs.
