Typical Application Methods
Bio-SAH™372N is a polymerized carbodiimide that can be widely used in mixed modification materials such as TPU, PET, PBT, PBAT, PLA, PHA, PBS, PTT, and PA. It is a high-temperature resistant and long-lasting hydrolysis resistant stabilizer.
Application | Methods |
PLA/PBAT | The addition amount is 0.6-1.5phr to the resin, can effectively reduce acid value and improve hydrolysis resistance. |
TPEE | The addition amount is 1.0-3.0phr, the resulting elastomer product can be used for a long time in high temperature and humid environments and maintain good mechanical properties. |
PET/PBT Industrial rubber filament | The addition amount is 1.0-3.0phr, can extend the hydrolysis resistance of the rubber filament by 3 to 8 times. |
