☆ It is widely used in polyester polyol、 nylon 、 engineering plastics containing ester groups ;polyurethane、adhesive、coating system as well as ester base lubricating oil.
☆ As an anti-hydrolysis stabilizer which can be applied in PET、PBT、PA、PU、TPU、TPEE、EVA、PBAT、 PLA、PHA、PBS、PTT and other materials, it can inhibit the hydrolysis of such materials effectively and stabilize their initial mechanical properties.
☆ At the same time, it can also seal the active end carboxyl of polyester materials and prolong the service life of polymer products under harsh working conditions such as high temperature and humidity.
Bio-SAH™ 362Powder is used as an anti-hydrolytic agent of PU system、PLA、PET、PBT and adhesive, its dosage and usage are as follows:
☆ In PU system, the added amount is 1phr polyester polyol, directly added to the polyol.
☆ When TPU is synthesized, the addition amount is 0.2-0.5phr, which can significantly improve the storage stability of TPU when added to polyols.
☆ In adhesives, the amount added is about 0.8--1.5phr of the solid content.
☆ The addition amount of PLA is 0.5-2.0phr, and the hydrolysis resistance is increased by 3-7 times.
☆ In PET monofilament and nylon products, the additive amount is 0.8-3phr.
Store under dark, low temperature, dry and sealed conditions.
