Bio SAH ™ 362Powder is used as an anti hydrolysis agent for PU systems, MDI prepolymers, CPU, TPU, PET, PBT, PC, and adhesives, with the following dosage and usage:
In systems such as PU, add 1.0% (weight percentage) polyester polyol directly to the polyol; During CPU casting, it can be directly melted and added to the prepolymer and thoroughly stirred to mix evenly; The addition amount is 1-2.5% by weight of the prepolymer.
The amount used in the adhesive is approximately 1.0-3.0% by weight relative to the solid content;
Adding 0.5 to 2.0% (weight percentage) of PET and PBT can improve storage stability and extend hydrolysis resistance by 3 to 7 times.
In polycarbonate PC, the addition amount ranges from 0.8 to 1.5% by weight.
In monofilament fibers and nylon products, the addition amount is between 0.5% and 3% by weight.
Our Monomeric Carbodiimide is characterized by its high-purity composition, allowing for seamless integration into various applications. With its excellent reactivity and solubility in most aromatic organic solvents such as ethyl acetate, this agent is particularly suitable for use in Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU).
Here are some key features and advantages of our Monomeric Carbodiimide:
1. High Purity: Our product is meticulously manufactured to offer the highest level of purity, ensuring optimum performance and reliability.
2. Excellent Reactivity: The Monomeric Carbodiimide exhibits remarkable reactivity, allowing it to effectively prevent hydrolysis in materials with lipid bases.
3. Wide Solubility: Furthermore, our agent dissolves well in numerous aromatic organic solvents, including ethyl acetate, providing enhanced compatibility and ease of use.
The application of our Monomeric Carbodiimide spans across several areas, including but not limited to:
- Engineering materials with lipid bases: Our anti-hydrolysis agent serves as a vital component in enhancing the performance and durability of materials used in various engineering applications.
With our Monomeric Carbodiimide, you can be assured of improved product quality, prolonged stability, and enhanced resistance to hydrolysis.
